Dr. Singh is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine with over 20 years of experience at a renowned university medical center. She has significantly contributed to medical education and patient care, particularly through her innovative approach of prescribing "Food is Medicine."

At the university medical center, Dr. Singh developed medical school curricula and mentored numerous medical students and residents, emphasizing lifestyle medicine and preventative care.

A prominent speaker, Dr. Singh has presented at various conferences on the transformative power of nutrition and lifestyle changes in improving health outcomes. She currently serves as the Chief Mission Officer at PK, promoting the delivery of unprocessed food to patients' homes, covered by insurance. In this role, she collaborates with senior leadership and educates both providers and patients on integrating nutritious food into healthcare practices.

Dr. Singh also advocates for public health initiatives, promoting healthy eating and physical activity through collaborations with healthcare organizations and community groups. Her efforts have been instrumental in integrating lifestyle medicine principles into broader healthcare policies.

Outside her professional commitments, Dr. Singh practices a healthy lifestyle, embodying the principles she advocates.

Dr. Robert Graham is a renowned physician and chef who blends his expertise in medicine and culinary arts to promote health and wellness. He holds a Master of Public Health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and has completed three fellowships at Harvard Medical School in General Internal Medicine, Complementary and Integrative Medical Therapies, and Medical Education.
 
Dr. Graham runs FRESH Med NYC, an integrative medical practice based on the “FRESH Five” pillars of wellness: Food, Relaxation, Exercise, Sleep, and Happiness. His innovative "food-first" approach to medicine highlights the significant role of nutrition in maintaining health, making him a leading advocate for the concept that food is medicine.
 
Appointed to the Food Policy Team in New York City by Mayor Eric Adams, Dr. Graham contributes his expertise to shaping public health policies.
 
He is the inaugural Medical Director for integrative medicine and optimal health at Catholic Health. Lastly, he serves as the Chief Health Officer of Performance Kitchen®, where he continues to promote the benefits of unprocessed, nutritious food.
